  Horrible service. Worst bank ever!! Original told over the phone I didn't receive my debit card because my address was incomplete and they had to update it in the system but could not ship a card for 3 days because of the address update and recommended the this location because they print cards onsite. I went to the this PNC bank and worked with a rep named Andreas who told me the machine was updating and I can come in 30 min where the card would be printed and waiting. I went back 90 min later and was told by 3 other reps at that bank sorry the machine is broken come back at another time. No empathy or customer service. No other options offered such as mail me a card or direct me to another location. Just you are out of luck because we can't help you. PLEASE TRAIN THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION HOW TO DISPLAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS...
